ATTORNEY PROFILE
Todd Moeller and his wife, Julie, are the proud parents of three terrific adult children and have resided in the Tri-Valley and East Contra Costa County for over 31 years. Todd has 20 plus years of experience covering a wide range of practice areas including civil and estate litigation, estate planning, probate, trust administration, special needs planning, guardianships, and conservatorships. Todd is passionate about helping his Clients achieve their estate planning goals.
In December of 1999, Todd graduated from John F. Kennedy University School of Law, J.D., and in 1995, he graduated from California State University, Hayward (Political Science). Todd was admitted to the California State Bar in June of 2000 (State Bar # 206726).
Todd has served as an adjunct professor at the John F. Kennedy School of Law and was formerly a partner with Sweeney & Moeller located in Walnut Creek, California.
Todd is also past Secretary/Treasurer of the Referral Factory BNI Chapter. He is also an active member of the Rotary Club of Brentwood as well as a member of the East County Section of the Contra Costa County Bar Association and a member of the Trust and Estates Section of the Contra Costa County Bar Association.
